I was introduced to Human Design three times before I took it seriously. Honestly, I wasn’t ready for the insight, the clarity, and the permission to just be me.
I’ve worked closely with women who are founders, creatives, business owners, and caregivers in the worlds of wellness, business, and coaching. I saw firsthand what happens when women burn out—and how much shifts when they lead from harmony instead of pressure.
As a recovering people pleaser, caregiver, and type A overachiever, I bring not only the knowledge of Human Design, but the wisdom of what it truly means to live a life by design.
I’m certified in coaching, embodiment, and energy science, with hundreds of hours of formal study in somatics, NLP, and Human Design.
